On April 21, 2025, H.E. Habibu Awesi Mohamed, the Ambassador of the United Republic of Tanzania to the State of Qatar, held a significant meeting with Mr. Mahmoud Magdi, Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Rangers Security Services, in Doha, Qatar. The discussions revolved around enhancing security services and promoting the employment of Tanzanian nationals in Qatar.

A key outcome of the meeting is the agreement to increase the number of security job opportunities for Tanzanians from 100 to 200 by June 2025. Both Ambassador Awesi and Mr. Magdi emphasized the need for a sustainable partnership that not only meets immediate employment demands but also supports the long-term development of Tanzania's security sector.

Ambassador Awesi expressed sincere appreciation for the collaboration with Rangers Security Services, highlighting the skills and competencies Tanzanian workers bring to the security field.
