Hon. Dr. Khalid Salum Mohamed (MP), Minister for Infrastructure, Communication and Transport of the Revolutionary Government of Zanzibar on behalf of the Government of the United Republic of Tanzania, attended the ICAO Facilitation Conference (FALC 2025) from 14 to 17 April 2025 in Doha, Qatar. 
Hon. Minister Mohamed made his exciting Statement, among more than fifty Ministers from all parts of the world who participated in the high-level Ministerial segment of the ICAO Facilitation Conference (FALC 2025) of experts.Through his comprehensive Statement, the Minister also supported endorsement of the Doha Declaration which packages key issues on enhanced facilitation of passengers, cargo and crew during clearance at airports. The Declaration seeks the attention of Governments through the Ministers on effective implementation of the provisions of Annex 9 (Facilitation) to the Chicago Convention.
