Minister of State, Prime Minister's Office - Labour, Youth, Employment and Persons with Disability, Hon. Ridhiwani Jakaya Kikwete (Mb) has met and held talks with Qatar’s Minister of Labor, His Excellency Dr Ali bin Saeed bin Samikh Al Marri with  the aim of strengthening cooperation in the field of work and employment sector, to enable Tanzanians to benefit from employment opportunities in Qatar.
The leaders met on January 29, 2025, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia where they have directed a team of experts from both parties to meet as early as possible to assess the implementation of the MOU Agreement between Tanzania and Qatar, signed in 2024, in Qatar.
