On behalf of the State of Qatar and the Qatari people, we extend our sincere condolences and deepest sympathy to Her Excellency President Dr. Samia Suluhu Hassan, President of the sisterly United Republic of Tanzania,
on the passing of Honourable Hassan.

We pray to God Almighty to have mercy on him, forgive him, and admit him to the gardens of paradise (Jannat al-Na'im). We ask God to grant his family and loved ones patience and solace, to make this sorrow a source of reward, and to make his passing among those He has forgiven and is pleased with.
