H.E. Minister of Finance Ali Bin Ahmed Al Kuwari held a meeting with his counterpart from Tanzania, H.E. Minister of Finance of the United Republic of Tanzania Khamis Mussa Omar., on the sidelines of the 2026 Annual Meeting of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB), being hosted by Qatar. The meeting focused on bilateral relations between Qatar and Tanzania and ways to strengthen cooperation, particularly in the financial, economic, investment and trade sectors. The officials also discussed key developments and issues of mutual interest. The AIIB annual meeting brings together officials and representatives from member countries to discuss infrastructure investment and economic development.
