Notably, Zara Tours (Tanzania) and Falcon Travel (Qatar) signalled intentions to collaborate on tailored travel experiences for Qatari visitors.
On the sidelines of QTM 2025, the Embassy held high-level meetings to strengthen bilateral relations and tourism cooperation with Qatar. Key outcomes included advancing two MoUs on Tourism and Business Events, promoting joint initiatives such as “Visit Qatar – Visit Kilimanjaro/Zanzibar/Serengeti,” enhancing collaboration between Air Tanzania and Qatar Airways, exploring investment opportunities in Zanzibar, and discussing hunting block acquisitions and conservation projects. Both parties committed to joint marketing campaigns, sharing market insights, and participating in international tourism fairs to boost visitor flows.
